“I can’t tell if girls are flirting with me or just being nice.”

SAME HERE.  I always assume they’re just being nice, LOLZ.

Something that I’ve learned on accident in last couple of years:  I really love photography.

I originally got a DSLR to take high quality photographs of other things I created and never really considered the art of photography itself.   I bought a Nikon DSLR and became hooked.  There was hardly a day that went by that I didn’t have it out shooting something.  I sold that camera a few months back after deciding to sell anything I knew wasn’t necessary because I plan on moving next year and want to get a nice place.  As much as it bothered me, I could fetch a big price tag on it and at the time it wasn’t a necessity, merely a hobby.  I knew it was just a thing and once I moved I could always get another one. However, ever since I sold it it’s been like going through withdrawal.  I miss it so much.  I decided to take that as a sign.  I think I’m going to make a career change to photography.

I’ve been researching DSLRs,  if I decide to do it I’ll be buying one in the next couple of months, but I want to give it a lot of thought first. Then it’s time to bust ass putting jobs together, marketing, building a website….so much work!

No fandom is safe from my art.

ALL THE FANART.

Where Credit Is Due

You know, It really annoys me when someone says something clever and then someone else goes and uses it elsewhere, trying to make people think they were the one that came up with it.

Now, I don’t mean like how if someone you hang out with all the time constantly says something and you eventually pick up on it…I mean like a one off comment or argument that you can’t just pick up on, you have to consciously use that line/phrase/etc and know you’re stealing it.

I definitely know you’ve consciously stolen it to make yourself look witty or clever when you say that unique thing almost word for word and when someone comments on how witty/funny/etc it was, you light up and say “Thanks” instead of “Actually, this other person came up with it…”

Ugh.  That’s seriously annoying.  It’s the same thing as copying art or stealing unique/unusual art concepts.  Intellectual property is still property, so keep your hands off.
